Residences at the Armory – Plymouth, MA
This downtown Plymouth condo project required a large amount of additional parking to be added to the property creating the need for a complex retaining wall system that fit in the confines of this relatively small property. BOJ worked with the developer and engineers to design and construct a redi-rock wall system to maximize the amount of parking as well as manage the stormwater runoff effects of the parking. The project involved working with town officials to minimize disturbance to abutters and to insure and handicapped accessible parking lot in a very challenging site.
